By executing full 2D and 3D electrostatic and electromagnetic distribution field analyses, our engineers precisely determine winding geometry, insulation distances, and core clamping structures to prevent localized stress and ensure maximum operational longevity.
Validated Short-Circuit Dynamic Strength
Transformer windings experience immense radial and axial mechanical stress during external short-circuit faults. Our rigorous mathematical calculations and mechanical clamping structures have been verified through successful physical short-circuit testing conducted by KEMA in the Netherlands, proving the robust design integrity of our power transformers under extreme network conditions.
High-Precision Core Cutting & Custom Winding
Our manufacturing plant located in ICAD 1, Abu Dhabi is equipped with automated processing machinery designed to deliver exceptional component accuracy and repeatability.
Mitred Step-Lap Core Fabrication
Core assemblies are constructed using premium-grade, cold-rolled grain-oriented (CRGO) silicon steel laminations conforming to BSEN 10107 and IEC international standards. We utilize precision mitred step-lap joint technology to reduce no-load losses, minimize excitation current, and lower transformer acoustic noise levels.
Winding & Insulation Processing
Windings are fabricated in clean, climate-controlled environments using high-conductivity copper conductors. Pre-dried, electrical-grade insulation board components are pre-shrunk under calibrated axial force pressure to guarantee structural stability against thermal expansion and severe fault stresses.
PLC Vacuum Drying & Automated Oil Filling
Moisture control is essential to ensuring high dielectric breakdown strength and long insulation lifespan in power transformers. The complete core-and-coil assembly undergoes deep thermal vacuum drying inside a fully automated PLC-controlled chamber.
After moisture extraction reaches strict PPM limits, the active parts are immediately tanked and filled under high vacuum with degassed electrical insulating oil processed through multi-stage filtration units.
